Spring is here!!

Hershey says "The Pool is OPEN!"

Agility Farm Dog Style

Hershey (Candy x Fog) was out running having a grand time in the snow. I got this cute series of photos of him. I was trying to get a photo of him in full wide open stride (I never seem to get those), but instead I got this:

On the run with weeds in his path.
Take off (Raise the nose)

weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
(look at those tucked up feet and toes LOL)

Landing ...(yeah still in the weeds)

Pretty Boy!!

He looks so striking against the white snow (ok white with tinges of mud showing thru... our snow is melting or getting packed down).

Crow is a out of my "Fog x Candy" litter.

Happy BIRTHDAY to the Candy x Fog Babies!!

Candy is sending out Birthday Wishes to all her pups!!

HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY!!!Her son Hershey sure looks like his MOMMA!!

Daddy Foggie sends his best wishes too!!

Son Crow sure looks like his DADDY!!

The entire family here at Plum Ridge send BIRTHDAY wishes out to the rest of the litter as well!! (Race, Rime, Taffy, Warrick & Gecko)

Sad news.......

I got the sad message last night that Merlynn's Hal passed away. He lived a great life and was 15 years old.
I have the privilege to own part of his legacy. His daughter "Spirit" is still with me, his son "Mac" has passed but left behind a wonderful litter out of Cloud. Those pups (Hal's grandchildren) are "Rain" "Bill" and "Fog" (this litter also produced Billy's "Coal" who is running USBCHA so well out in CA).
Late last year, "Fog" gave us Hal's great grand children (the pups I still have access to are "Crow", "Hershey"and "Race- in Canada". Plus there is Billy's "Rime").

Below are some photos of him I have taken thru the years.

Hal was a driven dog with plenty of style
This was taken end of last year (14+ years old) he always loved his stuffed toys!!!

Hal with one of his great grand children

Hal and his great grand children "Crow" & "Hershey"

Hal and his great grand daughter "Taffy"

Hal showing his 'style' on sheep.

Hal driving a few years back.

Hal working sheep

Hal loved to hold sheep on one place.

This was taken years ago with his two 'kids' "Spirit & Mac"

Hal and his daughter "Spirit"

Hal's ball playing gene certainly got passed onto his daughter!!

Rest easy now Hal.... you will be missed greatly!!!

Silly Crow

This is Crow, he is from the Candy x Fog litter. Which makes him a grandkid of Cloud & Kane (and a nephew of Spirit). My what bright 'teeth' you have!!

He loves to play with the empty bleach bottles. He throws them up and catches them again!!

He doesn't care if the toy is 'dead' he will play with them anyway.

Of course in this heat ... a 'submerge' in the pool is always in order!!

Which always requires a "Shake" at the end!!!

Hershey!!

Hershey found a mud puddle yesterday. Needless to say, he thinks less white is a good thing!!

Well he did have a white leg at one time!! (Boy I sure do love the smooths they dry and dirt flakes off right away!!).

Water fun!!

Hershey is trying to make 'art' with his tail!!

The Candy boys

These boys are just a blast!!!

Crow found a squishy soft mud puddle to cool off in!!

Hershey loves to lay in the pools to cool off!!

When a pool is not around, Hershey is fine with a bucket!!

These two sure look ALIKE!! Sometimes when I see them from a distance I call Hershey "Candy" by mistake!!

Funny ears and LONG legs!!

Hershey's ears are the most 'up' of all the litter it seems (but the one likes to flop often!)

Yeah these guys like my Mt. Dew cans and seem to find them often.

He is an athletic guy!

His legs are sure growing fast!!

Crow's ears seem to go up and down in seconds!!

Long legs and a long thin tail!!

His ears are pretty silly!!!
